HOW TO DROP THE ACT
I've worked with business professionals and parents to help them show up as their best selves even when things feel impossible. How? Sign up to get my short guide, HOW TO DROP THE ACT, and see for yourself.
I use the acting techniques I learned in college and have used throughout my life to help you overcome obstacles, achieve goals, and show up as your best self when the chips are down.
Set Your Super Objective
The endgame, everything you're striving for, be it in a project at work, with your family, or something grander. Define it, make it specific, and let it be your guiding light throughout the process.
Plan Your Immediate Objectives and Actions
Every goal takes steps. Determine your first step, its immediate objective -- the smaller goal that you can accomplish now to get you closer to the big one -- and how you'll achieve it through specific, methodical action.
Add a Little Mustard
Figure out what extra tactics you can layer onto your approach so you can show up not just as your best self but as your most authentic, open, and honest self, without losing an ounce of your proactivity.
Founders
You need help landing the pitch that will secure Series A funding, but don't know where to start. How do you show up as your best self in that room and leave with a term sheet?
Parents
From every tantrum on the kitchen floor to their first fight with a kid at school... how do you show up as your best self under the most uncontrollable conditions?
Career Professionals
You want that raise. You want to ace the sales conference presentation. You want to hold the room with peers. How do you show up as your best self and get those things?
I know you have a goal or a big project. We all do. It could be corporate, it could be personal, it could be something in between. We all have that place we need to show up as our best, most authentic selves. It could be as a teenager finding their place in the world, or as a parent, doing the same.
Just get the guide, then let's talk.
